Pawel “Pav” Fedorczyk

Ben and Pav first met back when they were both completing their CA studies, however unlike Ben, Pav’s career path led him into corporate and management accounting in the SME sector. Since his career began in 2006, Pav has gained a vast skillset in reporting and financial analysis, budgeting as well as system processes design and implementation including start-ups. Joining forces and combining their tax and management accounting skills, Ben and Pav to formed Altias South in 2021. This is boutique firm focused on helping businesses in the SME sector with their reporting and management accounting needs and allowing Altias Advisory to offer clients a rounded value-add proposition to all their accounting needs. Outside of work, Pav is an avid photographer, handy cook and a F45 cult follower.
